The health and wellness of our staff and their families, and the community where we operate is at the core of our focus. We are committed to providing free basic medical facilities to about 1,000 members of the community. In partnership with the Government and international development partners, by 2025 we plan to establish a clinic/dispensary manned by a nurse to provide basic healthcare to all our staff and their families. Occasional visits by physicians will be arranged. The facility shall also have a basic laboratory providing testing for malaria and other simple tests. The medical services provided shall include outpatient services such as basic family planning services, antenatal services, treatment for illnesses such as malaria, and minor surgery.
World AIDS Day:
We participate in
HIV/AIDS awareness campaigns in our community and we shall continue to join
the rest of the world in marking World Aids Day through blood donation
drives.
