The Vision we had as the Founders of this Company was to invest in our community located in a rural-urban setting of South- Western Uganda and hence providing employment where it was most needed. In addition to build a business that would improve the quality of life of the people through gainful employment and have impact on the society at large. Over the decades the company has undergone significant growth in the number of employees and survived tough economic times and seasons.

As the pioneer, Personnel Manager responsible for 2(Two) people when we started the Company in April 1984, brick by brick it gives me great Joy to see the Company to the number of staff Everyone who has walked through the gates of BM leaves as part of a larger family and this is our pride. As we have pursued growth it is Important that we transit from a Family business to a Corporate global out looking Company Having a Company Human Resource Policy that shall constantly be reviewed to reflect the Trend of time. This has been possible because of our faith in the Almighty, the spirit of open communication with our employees, perseverance, commitment and dedication of our employees. These are values and a culture that has been built over time and may it flourish for generations to come. As our business lines and operations have grown over the past decades, we have been consistent in developing corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy’s that represents the times which has been reinforced by goal-setting, measurement and reporting across the organization. Our 5 (Five) Year (2019–2015) our CSR strategic focus is guided by Impact on lives of the Community we operate in and environmental responsibility. The strategy covers the following;
